Very horrible place. Gave my husbands suit to another man and claimed the man would eventually bring it back. However, we have a Corporate event to attend TOMORROW and he has no suit. Their resolution, offer us $40. I have reported them to the BBB and filed a Consumer Complaint with the Texas Attorney General. Luckily for me, I called from my work phone so all calls were recorded.
Disappointed....have gone here many times. With no issues. They ruined my work shirt! They burnt it and turn my white shirt canvas color, they tried to fix it and bleached the logo. they would not replace it but gave me store credit, REALLY! So now I have to buy another and I only wore the shirt twice... beware.
Need to drop off your clothes , this Cleaners is the place to go !
