The owner of this place is crazy. They’re so territorial about it their two parking spots that are always available because no one goes into their business. They have nothing better to do than to stand outside and stare if you park in their spots and if you’re not a customer, they’ll come chasing you. It’s such a waste of time. Not even sure if it’s legal what they’re doing claiming these spots and if the tow company listed is legit. Coffee & customers be warned!

I had a very uncomfortable experience with the owner/employee. I parked in the plaza and stepped into the business next door. While I was away, she approached my vehicle and opened my car door while my two minor daughters were inside, then told them to “move the car.” My daughters are not old enough to drive and I was not present. Regardless of the parking situation, opening a customer’s vehicle and confronting minors is unacceptable and crosses a serious boundary. I have been going to Priyanka for over 3 years and she has been nothing but professional. Her technique is amazing and her threading is top notch… perhaps the best in BP! It is interesting to read the other review as it is without a doubt biased and rude - but guess it must be a regular of the coffee shop next door. Going back to the important note here: Priyanka’s services are excellent and I highly recommend!
