So when did they omit soaking your cuticles during a manicure? i came in for fill-in and no-chip manicure. Anytime you get a manicure i thought you are suppose to soak your cuticles during so they can clean the cuticles while they are soft??? He said (#7 booth) we don’t do that. He proceeds to sand down my fill-in and hits my cuticle with the spinning buffer. Now I’m cut. after polish, you throw cuticle oil on and never clean up my cuticles. Today I received great customer service from Yuki and Key. The service was amazing and she did phenomenal on my feet and nails. If you come here ask for either one you won't be disappointed.

I went there a couple weeks ago. The shop was very dirty. I ask them to clean the pedicure bowl. They said they don’t clean the bowls because they use the plastic covers. So I told him it still needs to be disinfected. I could see dirt all around it. He also put a plastic nob on the plastic that has been in the bowl on other people’s feet. I told him it needed to be cleaned. He then took it off and sprayed it and put right back on the plastic. I told him that was unsanitary to spray then put it in my water.
