Recently received a pedicure at Tip & Toe where I've went since it opened. Every time I go, it is a crap shoot if you'll get someone good or not. I've never had good experiences with Amy and got her again this last time. I should have asked for someone else. She took my gel off with the electric drimmel and got the skin below my toenail. I figured it would heal but after 2 weeks of intense pain, I had to go to the doctor and get topical and oral antibiotics. I will not be going back. There has to be better in Evansville.
5 star for Tony, he always does great. However, got Lucy this time and not super stoked with how my nails turned out. She goes super fast and doesn’t really spend quality time on your nails. My pointer fingers are SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than all the other fingers ? One was actually longer than the other and I mentioned it to her so she filed it to be just as short as the other one 🥴 Other than inconsistent length and shape and some cuticle flooding, they aren’t bad. Just not really worth what I paid.
I don’t usually leave reviews, especially not negative ones. However, I feel like I need to leave one about this business. I have been going here for about a year and a half and have mixed feelings. At times my nails look pretty good and the service is decent, while other times it has not been so great. The last time I went in there, (2-3 weeks ago), within two days, my nails were chipped, and the chrome was starting to peel. I went back and asked them to fix them, which Tony did. Mani and pedi. Lucy was great and did a wonderful job on my nails. Another lady did my pedi and she also did great. The services were quick and well done not to mention the prices were fantastic I'll be back for sure!
Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job. Prices are very reasonable too! I’ve been coming here for a year!
