Owner was great and professional
I went in 2 weeks ago for a mani. The young woman who did my nails did a lovely job. Generally the other staff were not friendly, language difficulty and spoke to each other in their language which gave the impression they were speaking of you. I will not be back.
It I could give them no stars I would. I went in for a normal shellac manicure as I usually do, the woman that did my nails was rushing the whole time and I felt judged by her. I paid, left and two days later my nails are cracking, and the polish is coming off. I called to talk to the manager to resolve the issue and I've never been treated so bad in my life. They are all about the $ not the clients. She refused to refund me, answer my calls and hung up on me twice when I was trying to explain my issue. Absolutely disgusting... read more
