I visited this nail salon for the first time in New Year's Eve. I had called earlier in the day, and was able to get an appointment the same day. Jolie did a fantastic job on my new full set. She made sure to do my nails exactly how I wanted them. My nails came out absolutely amazing. They are perfect! So smooth, not lumpy. Flawless. Jolie was very gentle, and my fingers aren't even the slightest bit sore. I thought they would be because I haven't had my nails done in over five years. I will definitely be back!
I came in on New Year’s Eve for a pedicure and manicure, with an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM. I showed multiple reference photos very clearly and repeatedly and explained exactly what I wanted before any cutting or shaping was done. Pedicure issue: I asked for a square French tip. I explicitly stated this before my toenails were cut. Despite that, the technician cut my toenails into a shape that made a square tip impossible without acrylic.
