Diamond in the rough. First let me distinguish the diamond is the #Barbher... emphasis on #Her. The rough isn't the neighborhood but the industry... at least in my experience of late. Either you have to go into the city, more expensive parts of town or just further to get the kind of service and professionalism that Tip (yes... that's her name and not just a suggestion) gives you in your own backyard... or at least my backyard.
