I dread calling to make my payment every month not because of money but because of the tone and attitude of the person who answers the phone. If you’re calling this company don’t ever expect to get out what you want to say they will always cut you off and speak to you like you’re wasting their time by giving them money :) Their response is bs. It doesn’t matter what time of day you call they will always speak to you like trash.
