Once again, SUPER Happy with Tioga!! Plumbing, no problem! Kaison was personable, super kind and knowledgeable. We even joked about his bio when he arrived. No complaints and I’m looking forward to the future electric work because I know they care about the quality of service and attention to detail.
Shout out to Tioga on two fronts: (1) Seth and Sam for electrical work in my kitchen, and (2) Tyler, Trevor and Adam who replaced an outdoor faucet and got hot water back to my master bath. Tioga technicians are on time, professional and get the job done right.
Jason was great. Good attitude and told it to me straight. Tried and did save me the most money he could. We had a small issue the next day and not 1, not 2, but 3 plumbers including the service manager showed up at my home and resolved the issue at no cost to me. They went above and beyond and I would for sure use them again! Updated review on 11/12/23 Once again I have Tioga out at my house to figure out what is going on with my hot water system. They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, just terrific service! I will call them again, any time I need electrical or plumbing, for sure!
