Tyler was punctual, professional, but polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated him asking for permission to remove his shoes before coming inside so as not to reach dirt. He explained everything he was doing and politely answered any questions I had. He provided a quote at the end of his evaluation and got me scheduled quickly. It was a please working with him.
