Avoid At All Costs - Thieves beware of this business. not only do they over estimate and overbill their clients, they are slacking on thier mechanical skills. They assessed out vehicle, told us we'd need another $1400 in repairs (after $400 in repairs). In the meantime, their initial repair ended up causing more problems (which they insisted they needed to charge us an additional $$$$ to diagnose). Sharon Vander Pool I would never go anywhere else for my tires...I send my whole family and everyone else there. They are great and do a good job. I have never experienced anything other than friendly service and great work. They do other work to and we sent our daughter there for brakes. She was thrilled with the service!
Shoddy Shop Dropped of my car Monday night. Wanted to put 2 new tires on and have the fan for the heater fixed. They quoted us $250. Now they're saying its going to be $600. It is now Wednesday night and it's still not done. They ordered the wrong part but found out by trying to put it in anyway. My husband hasn't been able to go to work for 2 days, and had to pick up the car. They tore my leather seat, left dirty shop towels in my car, and now the subwoofer doesn't work.
Tiny's in Sumner is the best !!! To Jake....My God, you must be a customer from hell !! The staff in Sumner is just the best in any shop I have ever been to. I have had work done at various shops for over 60 years and I have never had a better experience than I have had at Tiny's in Sumner !! A few years ago I had an oil change on a rather exotic sports car, next morning there was a small spot of oil on my garage floor....I called Tiny's and they sent a man over to not only check it, but to clean the floor !!! Beware, ripoff joint Ripoff joint. Gouged me on the price when they presented the bill. Fought it. They insisted that the price they were charging is the same as everyone, then I called them later the same day and got a verbal quote for the same work at 50% less. Friggin liars. Also, they guys they have doing the work in back couldn't even answer a basic question about tires and admitted they have zero training or knowledge about what they're doing. Place is grimy, coffee is undrinkable, nothing to do while waiting.
BAD EXPERIENCE I found myself absolutely shocked at how rude the staff was and how unwilling they were to fix their mistake. I had my tires rotated and the last mechanic to touch it torqued my wheels down to hard and when I was driving one of my lug nuts snapped off. I have done $3000+ in transactions with "The Tire Factory" and the fact they wont make it right with such a simple problem made me furious. I got HUNG UP ON TWICE before I gave up and called a different tire factory that actually cared about their customers.
needs some work They have a great price and product but I took my two vehicles down to get new tires but on and the salesman refused to help me and look at me when I asked questions. He would turn and talk to my husband instead. That didn't sit well.
Walt's Tire Factory is reliable! I got a flat in Yelm. They sent someone over and repaired it right there. What a great company and very reliable.
