Not helpful at all
Tiny’s booked me in for a tie rod fix first thing in the morning and right before a big road trip. Mike and Kim were so friendly and accommodating! Plus, the waiting area was very relaxing and comfy. A huge Bravo 👏 and Congrats 🎉 Tiny’s!
Tiny's is the only auto shop in town I trust. Tiny and his shop are honest and always do a great job. I prefer this shop over any dealership! I definitely recommend this place!
BTW, just found out they're not BBB accredited! I'm aware Tiny's usually gets great reviews. I went there based on 2 other elderly women's advice (I'm 68 myself). But, I paid $328 for control arm placement, and was told I should get a front wheel alignment. I've since heard from other tire and auto repair places that this 'alignment' should've been standard on control arm replacement.
