Just inquired about a pontoon kit and when i asked what the shipping charge was, he stated "same as what's on the website" but wouldn't go further in to detail. At the end of the conversation, he turned in to a smart ass when i checked again and said "so that does not include shipping" to which he said "we JUST had this conversation" which was a bit of an overreaction if you ask.me is which was when i called it for what it was, and then he abruptly hung up the phone. The best customer service I've experienced. Aaron was very helpful throughout the entire process from design to delivery. Great product and great company.
We have a 14' pontoon boat and wanted to put a 3rd pontoon on to help with the 'nose diving' problem we were having. Aaron and I talked quite a bit on the phone before deciding on the proper pontoon configuration. The pontoon was ordered and once shipped, he updated me and then even got in touch with FedEx once he realized that the marina we were shipping to was closed on Monday - he adjusted the delivery date to Tuesday and it arrived as planned.
