Horrible experience. The movers arrived late and tried to charge us for an extra hour of time. They broke one of our floor lamps. Honest mistake, no problem with the mover himself. He told us to call the office and that they would reimburse us. This was a lie. My wife called the office and the owner was very rude to her. He said they do not reimburse for ANY damage - that is their policy. This policy was not told to us in any way or form prior to the move. We would have gone elsewhere had we known. AVOID TINY TIM's.

Well I've been in business for over 20 years and I have never once had any customers use those type of words horrible experience but if you have 90% of 6X out of 100% all the moves you do you doing well my drivers only charge for legitimate travel time and I make that clear when I book the over the phone that we charge for our garage and back and for the lamp that got broke it wasn't properly pack ! TIM
