Booked their STR property for 30 days, the day of the stay it was cancelled without reason and when I attempted to call I didn’t get any communication answer three times. I proceeded to text them and was subsequently blocked. I not once asked for anything more than a reason for the cancellation. Lived at their property for over a year now. They offer short and long term leasing. They are a married couple, professional, and integral. Hardly any issues but any time there was, it was addressed promptly. Even times when things were beyond their control like natural disasters or power outages in storms, they respond almost immediately with communication to tenants about whats going on and what to expect. Met with the owners a few years ago. They were so nice! Wish they were still building tiny homes, they were SO good at it!
