Tiny designed a bespoke program for me to achieve my goals, and training in the huge gym with every possible machine you could think of finally made me look forward to going to the gym again. Everything is clean, environment is welcoming and Tiny knows his stuff better than anyone I have met. I highly recommend.

The staff is very professional and the atmosphere is very friendly. I'd recommend this gym to anyone in the North Houston - Kingwood, Humble, Huffman, Porter areas.
