Not a fan. I felt overcharged, didn’t clean my previous acrylic powder properly but charged for full amount her reason was because my nail was thin but on other fingers it could be clean normally, trust me I’ve been to SO MANY from high end to random nail salons in dallas. I also didn’t know they charge for “shape”. I thought my shape and length was normal (not extra long not crazy) probably for other people is acceptable but just a no in my opinion. Gave 15% tips and won’t come back.
I was a walk-in today for an acrylic set. Ann was great to chat with as she did my nails and did a wonderful job! Excited to come back for my fill.
Bad customer service, their attitude so terrible, take your business somewhere where you feel appreciate it
