We've had our children at Tiny Hoppers St. Albert South for nearly four years, and unfortunately, the quality of care has significantly declined—especially over the past year. Since the change in management, there has been noticeably high staff turnover and a drop in the overall standard of care. Good experience with the daycare staff are very friendly, however, there has been a high rate of staff turnover recently. One thing I would critique is that they allow three and four year olds to nap at lunchtime then we had to express multiple times for that to stop for our children.

My Son was at Tiny Hoppers for six months, before we decided to switch providers. Ultimately that decision was made because of horrible communication. The director is a very friendly and nice lady, but I feel lacks the management abilities required of her job. Multiple times I would phone the centre and no one would answer, or I would email and have my email returned a week later, or not again all. Our daughter has been here for almost 3 years and is absolutely thriving here. The staff are caring, engaging and supportive. I see the developmental progress in my child every day and it’s a true testament to the facility and staff. Love seeing the new pictures everyday of their adventures.
