I cannot say enough positive things about Tiny Hoppers Willoughby. The entire team is super kind and compassionate and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure that every child feels safe, nurtured, and engaged in activities throughout the day. Manager Rukiye is fantastic—responsive, supportive, and quick to solve any issues that arise. *warning if you are considering applying for the waitlist & paying the registration fee* I put my unborn child on the waitlist in late 2021 and paid the registration fee. As of October 2023, I haven't received a single call, update, or even a check in during the month my daughter was supposed to start daycare to tell me if we had gotten in or not.
