Arrived during "business hours" and the gate was closed and locked. After waiting with another group in the building that adjacent for about 10-15 minutes, ringing the bells, and SEEING AND HEARING people laugh and joke behind the counter, we were FINALLY told that the building isn't opened at all on Wednesdays. Huge waste of time, we'll happily go elsewhere.

I would never do business with this company ever again strictly based off the woman with the attitude who answers the phone and puts in order. Shelly Miller is bad for business. If you are ever looking at a home check to see if this place is the builder because if so you will have very nice contractors but Shelly does not follow up with you about any work requests you put in, then when you call to follow up she will have an attitude as if you are bothering her and not to mention the amnesia she catches when she doesn't want ... read more
