Elizabeth is the most amazing and inspiring Zumba instructor. Her classes are energetic, fun, and really create such a positive experience!!! She is very talented. Her mentorship has been invaluable in my Zumba journey.
Awesome training and workout! Tailored to my goals! I have actual upper body strength now!! And bone density came back normal which is a great improvement!! Elizabeth is a Great personal trainer! Update since I moved from Houston Elizabeth meets online with me and has fixed my shoulder, helped my knees and back from lifting my grandson probably incorrectly Great knowledge and skills helping me be stronger through training Thanks Elizabeth!

Elizabeth has been my personal trainer for the last year. As a busy working mom, having these workouts on my calendar has made a huge impact to both my physical and mental wellbeing.
