They position themselves as a super-expert giant agency, but their behavior is opportunistic and unprofessional. It took my company two tries just to schedule a meeting. After they finally agreed, they promised a link and simply disappeared. Apparently, their 'expert' account managers are reserved only for big-name brands, while smaller companies aren't even worth basic communication. I can't speak to their performance expertise, but their account management is a failure.
