I took my vehicle in to have it tinted. I had just purchased the vehicle. Upon completion, I stopped at grocery store on my way home to find that they had broken the latch trying to fold down the rear seat, and that now the rear seat will not move. I contacted the shop less than an hour of leaving to inform them of the damage. I was instructed to kick rocks.
