Had a previous great experience with Tintlab when they did my windshield. Second time, they failed to tint my front windows fully and left a gap at the bottom. No problem, went back, left my vehicle for a redo. During pickup, the shop tells me they damaged the door vinyl. I ask for a replacement part. The owners continue to deny replacing my damaged trim, opting to do a fix it patch. My car trim now looks sanded raw and is obviously uneven.
