Professional and good communication
The most unfortunate experience I’ve had with a retail Service. I’m 62 years old - that’s saying a lot. I’d give Negative Stars if allowed. TinTix (TT) destroyed my brand new ModelS windshield Defogging wires when they pushed Tint under the box that holds the cameras & defogging copper wire. I dropped off car @ 11:00am 5/23/26 and received back @ Appx 6:45pm 5/23. I stepped in car and Alert popped @ 6:46pm “window defogging limited” as I drove off. Didn’t make the difference they said it would, not worth the upgrade
Absolutely incredible job on my car. Bought it yesterday got it tinted the next. Been a customer for over 10 years and Tony does amazing work everytime. Would highly recommend anyone that wants quality tints that will last a long time to come here to American Grade Window Tint. Very professional, fast turn around and great pricing. Thank you so much and appreciate the work always. Highly recommended and will be back for all my future vehicles.
