Had an appointment scheduled for today, but no one showed up and I never received a call or any notification. Very disappointing customer service. It appears to be a one-man operation, which may explain the lack of communication, but that's not an excuse for missing a scheduled appointment without notice.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with this car tinting company “Tinting of America” from start to finish. Mr. Edward Marquez was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different tint options so we could choose what worked best for our Toyota Rav 4.
