Zero star service. Tinted my 24 Subaru WRX Limited windshield here at Chicago Tinting in Palatine and unfortunately they did a terrible job. So I Came back to get the windshield tint fixed on my 24 Subaru WRX. I had scheduled an appointment with customer service and they had told me to come on in and they would redo the windshield tint. Disgusting work here. They won’t even redo the horrible tint job. Alex and Victor were extremely rude and refused to honor their guarantee. Scheduled me to come in to fix the horrid tint job they did and when I got here they refused to fix it. Wasted my time leaving work early for the appointment to be turned down.
I’ve gotten two cars tinted here. Great quality and quick service.
