They left a scratch in the outside paint and a slash in the leather due to one of there employees using a metal knife and not the plastic tools they were supposed to. They also did not take accountability for it. 1/5 stars. Beware!!!!
Tint World Is so Helpful! – Tint World was very helpful over the phone when I called them. They have many locations, and I went to the nearest one which happened to be at the Boca Location. The specialist helped me with all of my questions and gave suggestions as to what would look best in my car. I got tint and a stereo system. It was so easy. I just picked out what I wanted. After speaking to the specialist they gave me a timeframe of when to return. I would recommend this place to family and friends. A+++!!!!
Liar Liar!!!! – I had an appointment to wait for tint on my car and once there was told it would be longer as they thought I was dropping off. Then when I confronted them about their miscommunication, they turned it on me saying I misunderstand. The guy was rude and could care less to have me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as their egos seem to get in the way of their customer service....BOOOOOOOO!!!
BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! – I brought my brand new car into Tint World to get my Sirius installed. While I was there I had them tint my windows as well. Well needless to say I had to bring the car back to get a window re done, not a big deal. However, they installed my Sirius radio incorrectly, my car has been in and out of the dealership 3 times since. They connected it incorrectly, and has burned through 2 batteries already. Can't beat this place!! – My family and I have been going to Tint World for 15 years, I was so happy when they opened the location in Boca since it's about 10 minutes from my house!! They are by far the most honest and trustworthy tint shop around. My cars have always come out perfect and I have never had any problems with the tint going bad, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner once and he appreciated my business so much that he gave my husband and I a free wash and wax on our cars. I would never go anywhere else!!!
