My mother was quoted a price for a remote starter for her vehicle. She placed a deposit prior to the appt date. When she arrived this morning thinking her balance was one amount Mike at the desk stated the balance price includes the shop fee and labor. Umm excuse me when she was quoted the price the representative should have told her this does not include the shop fee and labor.
