The booking process was very easy. I called up, got a spot. They text you to confirm and at drop off I confirmed what I wanted. They do try to upsell you if you aren’t getting a higher model product, but there is no pressure. I got a lower end tint and I thought about moving up but simply denied, again with no pressure. The work looks great and they even cleaned the inside of my car, rather than just where they worked, it was my whole dash and doors!
