Not responsible at all. I installed a remote starter on my car. It doesn't work ,and I contacted several times but no responces.
I thought these guys were professionals, but apparently not. I called twice and left my name and number with a live person to have someone call me back with a quote. No one called. Not a message, a missed call, NOTHING. I waited over a month. Pathetic business practice. I guess too many people already came in and the shop and owners made their profit from all the inflated pricing they charge. I filled out 2 forms for a quote, never heard back. I called the following week September 11 and a woman promised to send the quote the next day once the technician was available. Still no response. Guess they are indicating I should take my buisness elsewhere?
