I had a great experience at Tint World. Great communication and quick turn around time on my vehicle. The best part is my windows look amazing!
Does not stand behind the product they install. Let me explain. I chose this location for window tint based on reviews, cleanliness of their facility and customer service. I received my vehicle back on time and in the condition I left it with them. I noticed that the clarity of the tint on the windshield did not clear up as expected. After a couple of weeks passed I returned to discuss my concern. Fast and great quality work. I didn’t give 5 stars because my husband said when he entered the office he was greeted and seated, but when another gentleman whom was Caucasian walked in he was greeted and offered a variety of beverages, which my husband was not. He would have declined most likely. It’s really just the difference that made him feel a little unwelcomed.
I had an ambient light kit installed in my car. The installer nailed it! It looks great, and I love how it all came together. The staff is great and will update you if things take longer than expected. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Stopped in this afternoon to get a quote on tinting my 4Runner and doing a purple tint strip & re-tint on a $500 car I just picked up. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to meet and talk with! She really knows her stuff! I got a ton of information to help me make the right decision for my cars. I was referred here by a friend from the local Porsche club and I see why he trusts this business with his vehicles. Excited to have my cars tinted soon and will update with pictures once they’re done!
