Called to confirm a quote and was met with a rude, arrogant response. When I asked for clarification, the worker snapped, “That’s what I asked you,” instead of taking the time to explain or respond respectfully. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. If this is how they treat potential customers, I don’t see how they expect to earn or keep anyone’s business.
I booked an appointment online for the following Saturday to have window tint installed on my vehicle. I got a call from Dave shortly after to confirm my appointment. Dave was very polite and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone and told me he would give me a call if they had any cancellations that day to try and get me in the same day. I had a disappointing experience at Tint World during my second visit. The manager displayed unprofessional behavior and exhibited an arrogant attitude. I was particularly disheartened by the way they treat veterans, which is a poor reflection of their business values. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. Thank you Dave for trying to fix the issue
Great customer service and they did a great job on my 2025 Toyota Camry. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family
