I’ve brought a couple different cars to this place at least five different times at this point and the service never disappoints. Staff is professional, helpful, and good with communication.
Called to confirm a quote and was met with a rude, arrogant response. When I asked for clarification, the worker snapped, “That’s what I asked you,” instead of taking the time to explain or respond respectfully. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. If this is how they treat potential customers, I don’t see how they expect to earn or keep anyone’s business.
I booked an appointment online for the following Saturday to have window tint installed on my vehicle. I got a call from Dave shortly after to confirm my appointment. Dave was very polite and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone and told me he would give me a call if they had any cancellations that day to try and get me in the same day.
