Beware: Misleading and Dishonest Why pay for XR PLUS and get XR BLUE----it can happen to you too. 06/04: I was quoted and charged for XPEL XR PLUS window tint, but they installed the much cheaper XR Black and XR Blue instead. I could have gotten that done for $350. $750 for the XR Plus was only $100 cheaper than your competitors. 07/07: Discovered I should have received an official registration card.
