I hired Ashley several weeks ago to tint some of the windows in my commercial space. I good faith I paid her $250 up front in cash, however on the day we agreed she'd tint the window she was no where to be found. She said she had an emergency and had forgot to tell me. I cleared my studio and lost business on one of the busiest days of the year. We rescheduled for 5 days later, however I was unable to move all of my clients again plus my teams clients. Customer service A+ was respectful to business and understanding to my customer flow the job got done so clean and efficient it was a big job and it was done in a timely manner and didn't feel as if had slow my in anyway and the change in shop really changed the whole feeling.
This business tinted the windows on three of my vehicles since 1996, and always did a fantastic job. I asked this business about 4 years ago to tint one of our vehicles, and they stated they no longer tinted automobiles. I just checked the services they offer online, and vehicles is listed last on the services offered. I call them today, and they stated they no longer offer vehicle tinting services.
