Initial tint job was good for maybe 2 months before it started to peel. Called the company and submitted a warranty claim as instructed. They advertise a lifetime warranty by the way. Anyway I submitted the warranty claim and no one called me. I called them and scheduled a time for them to come out and redo the tint. These guys NEVER showed up. No call. No text. No email. Nothing. This is a ---0 rating. Dave the OWNER and Mike installed tint on my Lanai windows back in 2019. I addressed streaking that I could see from the outside and Dave said it would go away when it dried, IT DIDN'T!!!! I called multiple times and that means at least 10-15 plus. Then in 2020-21 the tint started to have tiny bubbles and have blurring on them. I called and called and spoke with both Dave, his wife and Mike but mostly with Mike.
