I took my car in to have the windows tinted. I had been given a gift certificate years before and had temporarily lost the card. I didn’t realise that they had changed their gift certificate program which meant I may not be able to use the card. Ryan went above and beyond to make it happen. I know he spent a great deal of time on the phone with their creditors trying to decide if they would cover the tinting, which they did. He also stayed late to finish the job the same day. Just barely purchased a car and got it tinted. Sadly I didn’t use “A shade Darker”. Used them many times and not had this issue. I have attempted to reach Ryan Day many times requesting a resolution to a hole that is pierced into my side door (right under the window) after I had my windows tinted. It was very clearly done while at his shop. Not satisfied at all with the customer service after the job was completed. Go to A Shade Darker. They will take care of you.
This shop did a fantastic job tinting my gen 4 Prius. Customer service was great and they accommodated my schedule with flexible pickup/drop-off times. The pricing was good as well. The finished product looks great and makes even a Prius look good.
