Sadly, Tint Boss Customs lost a potential customer today. Went to the shop to ask about window tinting for two cars and they were closed during their posted business hours with no sing or note posted.
If I could put no stars I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BUSINESS! My tint job by Tint Boss had bubbles, scratches, and particles all over! They didn't carry but 2 shades of tint. The hours posted are not the hours they work by! I took my car back to get the tint corrected and I experienced even worse customer service than I could imagine. They did nothing to correct the bubbles not even redo the tint even with their "life time warranty". They will not EVER get a referral or business from me!
I've had 2 vehicles tinted through them. They rock! They are kond, courteous, on time, and well worth the price. We won't go through anyone else. Even my friends all the way from Wyoming!
They have the hours posted on their door but they don't follow them. I called several times during the posted store hours and never got an answer. I went to the shop and the doors were locked. They lost a potential customer.
As there title says TINT BOSS, because they are the BOSS of tint. If you want quality service come down and get your tint on :)
