The staff were helpful and polite from the first enquiry to installation. Would have preferred to have a printed copy of the warranty; the email version is too generic as it doesn't state the length of the warranty or which product was installed. The instructions on how long before putting windows down etc that was told to me on pick up is hard to remember. I have a hearing problem, so I would have preferred something in writing. I recently visited Tint A Car Sunbury regarding my 2001 Holden, which was fitted with Octane tint in 2022. While I was very happy with the tint overall, I noticed some slight peeling on the rear window. Being a fussy car enthusiast, I dropped in for advice and Siang was quick to help, applying a temporary fix on the spot.
