Very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers and behaves as if he’s doing you a favour. The work he did was absolutely terrible — full of mistakes and poorly done. Zero customer service skills, zero professionalism. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
