Very happy with the professionalism and quality of customer service while I was in contact with the Gawler shop. I spoke with Tricia who was lovely. The fact that Tricia could respond via email on the weekend, made the process even easier. I booked in Octane window tint, which looks fantastic. I would happily recommend to anyone!
Absolutely amazing work 😀 Also thay are 10/10 for there customer service really go out of there way to not just look after your car but thay also look after there clients too such a beautiful lady Trish dropped me home and also picked me 😀
I had a disappointing experience with customer service today. I originally came in to have half of my visor tint replaced, however when booking I agreed to upgrade to a full tint in the darkest shade. This was written on my booking card with the full price. On the day, this was not confirmed with me, and only half the visor was tinted to match the existing shade. This was not what I understood had been agreed.
