I had a disappointing experience with customer service today. I originally came in to have half of my visor tint replaced, however when booking I agreed to upgrade to a full tint in the darkest shade. This was written on my booking card with the full price. On the day, this was not confirmed with me, and only half the visor was tinted to match the existing shade. This was not what I understood had been agreed. I would like to begin by saying that the reception staff were attentive, courteous, and professional throughout my visit, which I appreciated.
