Tinsley representatives covered the damaged portion of our roof and provided us with an estimate of the cost. When the insurance company provided an estimate, a Tinsley Rep. reviewed it and provided additional facts that hadn't been taken into consideration. I contacted the owner of the company that did our roof back in 2022 because a slow leak had developed. He told me he had sold his business to Tinsley Roofing and gave me the phone number for Andrew Tinsley. Of course I was a bit leery about whether the new owner would honor the warrantee of the company they acquired. I soon found out I had no reason to fear.
