First visit, took grandkids while staying with us in Devon. Staff friendly and helpful, place was clean and tidy, change rooms good, toilets good, cafe good, chairs and sunbeds cheap to hire. Pool was amazing, clean and in good condition. Good life guard cover. Had a great swim with views over the Sound. Well worth a visit.

Oh wow what a magnificent lido. Over looking Drakes island, this majestic lido sits proud in full view of Smeetons tower. If you are looking in the lido book, they have added a sun deck, whete you can get some refreshments on the way out. There is also a kiosk in the lido. It would be nice to have a bigger cafe but there are several along the front. They aren't yet into merchandise so no cloth badges for my lido chasing friends but it is a real jewellery in the crown, the art deco facade shines brightly. It's a filtered seaw... read more
Poor staff, hardly any drinks to serve, no wine, no tonic, warm beer. Only plastic cups...140 people 300 plastic cups to chuck. Poor food, beige burgers, american plastic bottle mustard.
