I just wanted to share the unprofessional experience I had with Tino earlier today. I am not even a customer of his. I work at a Harley Dealership and was arranging insurance for a customer who was buying a new motorcycle. Tino was uncooperative on the phone, claiming we were trying to “screw his customer around,” because the wrong fax number was given to us.
