Dr. Simbol is an amazing dentist. She is very gentle. I've experienced little discomfort with the most invasive procedures. The staff always greets you with a smile and takes care of the insurance billing.
I truly enjoy coming to Tinoco Simbol Dental Care. From the moment you walk in, you can feel a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, and the office itself is very clean and modern. Lety, the front desk administrator and biller, always greets me with a warm smile. She is incredibly knowledgeable about insurance coverage and consistently helps me find the most cost-effective treatment options. Had a really positive experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the dentist was very patient and gentle. The clinic was clean and well-organized. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was comfortable.
Dr. Tinoco and Dr. Simbol have been taking care of my family and I for years. All their staff are friendly and professional. Their office space is always clean and bright. I did Invasalign here with them and was very happy with how they explained the process and the end results. No need to drive in circles or fight for street parking here either because the building parking lot is large. Highly recommended them.
I am so happy that I chose Dr.Simbol when I was looking for a new dentist! I had several fillings to take care of, so I ended up having 4 appointments with her. Everything was done with such care and professionalism. She even fixed my very front chipped tooth that I was worried about the most. The color matched perfectly, can't tell that it was fixed.
