My daughter and I paid a visit to Bonnie Chow at Tinnitus and Hearing Health, Calgary. She took extra time to address any questions my daughter had and to help demystify what tinnitus is. I found her to be a very involved-with-what-you-are-going-through professional. Bonnie gives great explanations for you to understand what is happening. Wow. Bonita was incredible to work with. She was so welcoming and professional. The tests were made so easy to understand because she was very thorough in her explanations. After, the debriefing was made easy to understand with her explanation and analogies. All the different perspectives were taken into consideration. One of the biggest highlights is that she is wholistic in her approach and NEVER dismissive. Thanks for a great experience.

I was struggling quite a bit with tinnitus when I happened to find Tinnitus and Hearing Health Calgary. Bonita was very understanding and suggested a retraining program would help me out. I noticed a substantial improvement within the first six months. Now after a few years I feel the tinnitus impact on my life has been minimized. A very good thing! I recommend Bonita and her program to anyone suffering from tinnitus.

I’ve been living with Tinnitus for over twenty years and was told when I was diagnosed with it that there was nothing that could be done. In the last three years, it seems the sound in my head appeared to have inreased and so too did the anxiety.
