I left my two-hour appointment genuinely asking myself: what exactly did I just pay $475 for? What I received was: A large amount of general information that’s readily available online—and that I was already familiar with. A basic explanation of how the ear works, essentially a recap of high school biology. Confirmation that there is no cure for tinnitus, only management—something anyone dealing with tinnitus already knows. My husband has hearing aids from Bonita she sees him regularly and is kind, helpful and he is happy! She repairs or replaces what is needed! Would recommend her for sure!

My daughter and I paid a visit to Bonnie Chow at Tinnitus and Hearing Health, Calgary. She took extra time to address any questions my daughter had and to help demystify what tinnitus is. I found her to be a very involved-with-what-you-are-going-through professional. Bonnie gives great explanations for you to understand what is happening. She is very positive and reassuring and could explain what my daughter was experiencing in an upbeat manner. Wow. Bonita was incredible to work with. She was so welcoming and professional. The tests were made so easy to understand because she was very thorough in her explanations. After, the debriefing was made easy to understand with her explanation and analogies. All the different perspectives were taken into consideration. One of the biggest highlights is that she is wholistic in her approach and NEVER dismissive. Thanks for a great experience.
