Tinnerman is a great apartment complex! It’s beautiful and has huge windows and a lovely outdoor space. Also has good parking both in surface lot and in a garage. Maintenance is super nice and very responsive to requests. There can be some Ohio city traffic noise, but it’s worth it to live in Ohio city in such a cute neighborhood within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.

I love living at Tinnerman Lofts. The common spaces and suites are very well done. Management is responsive, welcoming, and promotes a safe and comfortable living environment. I'd recommend this property to any perspective residents - including 4-legged ones!
Great looking space fantastic job the menu needs work, it's very limited and pizza choices are limited. And the tiny ramekin of some over roasted seeds were barely palpable. And Parking not the best neighborhood one may need to walk a few blocks. Not recommended
