I recently visited for the first time for a trial class, and it was great. Kira (the coach) was very helpful helping me get back into the world of Crossfit safely after almost a decade. Everyone in class seemed super excited to be there and the energy was great. I'm really excited to be starting my ongoing membership this coming week!
Best thing I've done. I take my teenage daughters and THEY LIKE IT!! The coaches care more about form than reps (LoL, but still get the reps). Really, the coaches are amazing!!
