DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Seller's communication is terrible. Took weeks to contact them after purchasing a product that was faulty. They made everything difficult! They refused to replace the defective parts, so the only option was a return. Had to get PayPal involved just to get a refund AFTER I'd returned the item to them. I purchased this dog kennel from TinnaPets directly a number of years ago now. Pricing was excellent and the quality is decent, quiet happy with the product. I drove into the factory and loaded into my car no worries. It's been weather exposed so showing some wear and tear, however still water proof and provides good shelter for my dog. Much better than paying full retail for the same product.

This looked to be the perfect chicken coop. Bought it and over 2 months painted it in my garage as I wasn't a fan of the colour scheme. I set it up and it was perfect for about a week. Then the 2 sides of the run started to collapse in. I messaged and they asked for photos which I supplied the same day. No replies had to put a complaint in with Catch.
