Very rude.
About 2 years ago I did business with a really nice man there. Just recently, I returned to deal with a woman who worked that afternoon. She was very unfriendly and behaved as if she didn't want to wait on me. She was rude and arrogant. After 5 minutes I took my business elsewhere.
I use to use them all the time. Since they moved to Mokena or frankfort, There customer service went down way down. Just now, I finally offered them a big job compared to all the small ones they did great for me. And they refused to give me an onsite quote! due to covid. They said to draw it out and they would quote that way. REALLY? How are you going to install it? Virtually? Dont worry Enterprise and Advance said they would love to come out quote and install.
