Horrific. Deplorable. A residents mode if transportation taken away due to late rent. Bed bugs. Administrator yells at residents and is who took the motorized chair from the resident. Workers at a Quad City nursing home say they were lied to about the facility closing and are looking for answers and their paychecks.
